Episode 88

Weekly Update

Happy Halloween, Monkeys!

Los and Beardy are joined by Fred Rojas of Gaming History 101 this week! And we’re talking spo0o0o0o0o0oky things.

Fred talks about haunted houses that were built inside of caves, and also recalls times in his past where he ventured about creepy, local places. Beardy talks about that time he volunteered in a haunted house and scared someone so bad that he instantly regretted it. And Los is reminded of a time in his youth where he and a group of friends ventured into and explored an old, abandoned school. Fun times for all!

We also talked Halloween movies! The Monster Squad, Beetlejuice, Hocus Pocus, What We Do in the Shadows, The Babysitter… Lots of good recommendations if you’re interested! Check out the links below!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand we also talked games! Fred gets into his love for Until Dawn, and his thoughts on Evil Within 2. Beardy explains how impossible it is for him to not play Costume Quest on Halloween. And Los finds spooky gaming perfection in Luigi’s Mansion Dark Moon.

All in all, it was a great show that we hope you enjoy as All Hallows’ Eve draws closer! And remember!

*Dracula voice* Be safe out there, my friends.

Los is a happy husband and a dad of 2 boys, so when he has time to game, he usually wastes it trying to figure out what to play. He wrote about games at EZ-Mode Unlocked for about 6 years, and is kind of currently food blogging at The Man, The Chef, The Dad. When he's not conducting the hype train, he's either watching Nicolas Cage movies, or fighting crime at night while listening to Nickleback when the wife and kids are asleep.
