The Primate Weekly

Weekly Update

The Future Monkeys crew had what might have been the most dramatic 15 minutes of their collective lives as the saga to obtain an NES Mini for Beardy finally reached a successful conclusion. Beardy couldn’t be happier, and now he has the added bonus of some decorations for his kid’s bedroom. He helped hang a TV and did a stellar job of it if he does say so himself, and he’s been watching some weird tragedy show created by Louis CK called Horace and Pete.

Jen had a dentist appointment and is apparently a shape shifting horse, and she really feels like there are much worse things she could change into. She hasn’t been enjoying the first real snow of the season that decided to finally arrive, but a good session of Destiny sparrow racing with some of her buddies cheered her right up.

Los thinks he might actually play a game in the upcoming week…maybe. Now that he has a new phone, he’s re-downloaded Pokemon Go and is getting down with that again – and his wife is even playing this time! There was some more theme park visiting, and he got to set up his Apple TV and he’s impressed with it even though he hasn’t had a chance to actually use it yet.

Show Music Selection

Opening Music

  • Time is Up…NEXT! – Project Threeville

Closing Music

  • Strings Attached – Project Threeville

We wish that we could provide a link to these guys, but unfortunately they’ve disappeared into the mists of time without a trace. They’re some old friends of Beardy’s who gave him permission to use their awesome music.

Question(s) of the week

Question 1: What do you want for Christmas? Please don’t try to sit on our laps, we’re just acting as liaisons for Santa.

Question 2: What’s your favorite movie to watch at Christmas time that isn’t actually a Christmas movie?
